Auditorium Rental with the Fort Zumwalt School District 

Procedures

The district will accept community use request for the auditorium for the coming year beginning July 1st (if the 1st falls on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, sign-ups will be on Monday). Community use is on a first come first serve basis.

To request an auditorium at one of our high schools please contact the Auditorium Manager at the high school you are wanting to use. To review the districts guidelines for use of district auditoriums see page 2 (KG-E-5) of the Application and Contract for Use of Auditorium.

Insurance for Auditorium Rental 

The Fort Zumwalt School District requires all groups using district auditoriums to provide proof of insurance in the form of a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with a minimum of one million in liability coverage and naming Fort Zumwalt School District as additional insured (example). A Special Events policy may be purchased from our insurance company, Missouri United School Insurance Council (M.U.S.I.C.). This special events policy is for one day events and is offered through M.U.S.I.C. (www.musicprogram.org). No group will be allowed to use district auditoriums without proof of insurance.

All contracts for use of auditoriums terminate at the end of the current school year.

It is the responsibility of the individual who signs the application to read and understand the Regulations for School Auditorium Usage (KG-E-5) associated with using a Fort Zumwalt School District facility. This individual should also share this information with all members of the group using the facility.
