Application Process
How To Apply At Fort Zumwalt School District

A fingerprint background check through the FBI will be required of every new employee.

STEP 1
Applicant files must be complete before a screening interview will be arranged. A completed file consists of:
A. A completed online application. Click here to view available positions and start the application process.

B. Uploaded resume, professional certificate, transcripts and three reference letters.

**Please do not mail copies of your resume, cover letter, transcripts, certificate, or any college credential files.**

STEP 2
After your application has been submitted you may receive an email with a link to complete an online interview screener.

STEP 3
Candidates selected for face-to-face interviews will be contacted by either Human Resources or a building administrator.

STEP 4
The names of candidates recommended for employment will be placed before the Board of Education for final approval.

All teachers in the Fort Zumwalt School District are required to be certified teachers by the State of Missouri. Information regarding certification may be obtained from the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education at http://dese.mo.gov/
