Fort Zumwalt School District is a proud participant in USDA's National School Lunch Program and Breakfast Program giving our families the opportunity to apply for free or reduced priced meals.  If you are interested in learning more, please do not hesitate to contact us or CLICK HERE  to be directed to USDA's website.

Applications for free & reduced priced meals are available at all Fort Zumwalt Schools, on the District's website and the Student Nutrition Services office.  Not sure if you qualify?  Submit an application and we will figure out the rest, it's that EASY!

A complete application is required as a condition of eligibility.  A complete application includes: (1) household income from all sources or Food Stamp/Temporary Assistance case number, (2) names of all household members, and (3) the signature and last four digits of social security number or indication of no social security number of adult household member signing the application. 

All information provided on the application is confidential and will be used only for the purpose of determining eligibility.  School officials may verify current income at any time during the school year.
